Hospitality Brand Identity System

A pet-first hotel where humans and their fluffy friends can stay together in comfort, with every detail designed for the pets’ happiness while giving their owners a warm, worry-free experience.

I envisioned the hotel experience to be soft, reliable, welcoming, and offers a sense of companionship.

To emphasize this is an animal-first place, I built the brand visual elements based on pets' hair patterns and their faces.

I believe that when pets are with their owners, their world is full of color. The hotel is meant to convey this message and let people know that we’re here to enhance the bond.

I created this in-person experience to make the hotel more than just a place to stay, it’s a space for connection. The Puppy Yoga event gives guests a fun, relaxing way to meet others, bond with the puppies, and create memorable moments together.

I designed a mail flyer that feels interactive and playful—customers can cut along the dotted lines of the illustrations and use them as coasters, turning the piece into something reusable instead of wasted.

This project was my first time approaching design like an entrepreneur—researching, budgeting, and building everything from the ground up. More importantly, it reflects the care and love I put into creating a small world where every element connects naturally.
